Brenda - One of these days we may come a visiting when I retire.

Dale - As always, thanks for stopping. Hope you had a great B-Day.

Michael - What in the world are you doing blogging at four o'clock on a Saturday morning? These chuckwagon folks know how to have a whooping good time. One thing good they don't run on gasoline just regular old horsepower.

It's Yogi Bear! I was wondering wear he'd wandered off to! =) That map is pretty cool... and the posters too. And this sounds like such unique fun.

Trey - We drove up to Cabela's today and the traffic here at the lake is unbelievable. Lots of people tubing down the river and boating. Just plain having fun on this Labor Day weekend. I would say there is allot of toe-tapping going on all around this lake and in New Braunfels this weekend. Another good bye to a nice summer. Of course, we all know you have a great place at Lake Limestone and always enjoy your pic's and blogs. Have a nice weekend.

Lisa - Yip we have old Yogi here at Canyon Lake. If he ever disappears maybe he will head down your way. Thanks for stopping.

Hey Dale - Thanks for stopping to check on us. Been kinda laying low today, still down in my back; maybe tomorrow will be better. Been watching this hurricane to see where it will hit, looks like a mean one; sure glad they are better prepared this time. I hope the oil rigs and refineries don't receive too much damage. That will just make the price of gas go up more.

Hope you are doing good.

Dale - Just getting old I guess. I have been having some problems since I fell off that roof about two years ago. Everytime I think it may be a bit better I do something to provoke it. Thanks to extra strength Tylenol it gives me some relief. Really been bothering me today.

Looks like more than your run of the mill camp ground.  I'm sure folks will remember that visit.  Love the map too.

Ricki - Anything that is outdoorsey is great with us. They have upgraded this campground and caters activities for all age levels.

Carl & Ceil, I'm still trying to catch up with clients and blogging after the wedding.  I read this earlier and thought I'd commented but I didn't.  :(   I re-read it tonight and followed the link -- this really does sound like a fun evening.  Hmmm, maybe some of us need to plan to meet there one evening.  I love the old cowboy songs and movies. Roy Rogers, Gene Autrey were 2 of my favorites.  :)

Judi - Thanks for stopping by with all the things you have going with work and the big wedding.

Shirley - I would think fall would be a nice time. I would call and check first (weather permitting); also a couple months that they do not offer the chuckwagon dinner (see above).
