Carl,

As always, i stay tuned to your information.  You keep me up to speed on the "need to know" things in my market.

Frank - Glad you find some of the information helpful that I pass on. I know it certainly is helpful to some of the folks coming in that aren't familiar with S.A., housing, employment, schools etc. Like you, as an inspector I cover allot of territory.

Since I have lived in the area all my life ; and the years that Ceil had her business we still have allot of contacts. She still keeps up with the employment market but on a limited basis. Relocation and employment work hand and hand. Of course, they have to live somewhere once they get here.

That's so true.  And being a full time Realtor here, I'm at a slight disadvantage not being born and bred here, but through you and others here in Active Rain, you've really helped me keep me up to speed about the market, and help me with my way around sunny San Antonio.  It's quickly becoming home, and thanks again.

Hi Carl,
A home buying seminar on base is a wonderful thing.  Can local Realtors participate in any way?

Cynthia - You might want to check with your base housing office in your area to see if they have a program and if you can participate.  Any assistance with relocation is an excellent community service. Lackland is a training. We also have Randolph, Ft. Sam and Brooks-City; therefore we are definitely a military town with people coming and going and retirig to this area.

Frank - Please remember, every day will be a little better then the day before. Like anything in life it takes time to build a business. Patience pays off. Have a good day.
